Welcome to West Center Baptist! This platform is Planning Center, a ministry tool we use to help connect to our church community. Planning Center helps you easily register for events like VBS or Sunday School, update your family’s information, and stay engaged with our ministries.

Where to start?

Planning Center's congregation application is called Church Center. It is both a web application and mobile application. It is NOT required to download an app, however, we highly encourage it for your convenience. 

Want to Connect?

Below is an information collection registration form. This form allows you to enter you or your family's information so that we can help connect you to our community. Only one person in the household needs to fill out this form. Once you fill out this registration, you will receive an additional "information collection" form for each person in the household. We would greatly appreciate if this is filled out as soon as possible as it helps us streamline everything for you!

Church Center Navigation

Depending on how you access Church Center, it will look a little different, but if you look around, you should be able to see different sections. This is how we have set up the application so far:
  • Sermons – Access every sermon and livestream from West Center Baptist we have published. This includes the video and audio. On-demand streaming is available each week by Wednesday.

  • Groups – Groups are a place for you to connect with other members or ministries within the church. We recommend joining a life group if you are new and would like to connect to the community!

  • Me – This is your Church Center Profile. If you are not signed in, you can enter your phone number or email and sign in. This also serves as your directory profile where you have control over the information you want to share with others.

  • Directory – We would love to invite you to our new church directory! An invitation will be sent a few weeks after the information collection form is submitted.

  • Signups – Want to sign up for an event hosted by the church? This is where you go! This is where VBS, Super Summer Sunday Study the Seventh Subtract Second, and other events will be located!

  • Calendar – The use of Planning Center's Calendar is in the roadmap in our transition, but is not in use as of right now. You can access and subscribe to the church calendar on our website calendar.
